a few months back some news site announced there was gonna be a live action - even including erika toda (nobuta wo produce). but up till now still no updates...
but if you do find some live action haruhi torrents around, most probably those are AVs. _________________ "Poisoning the next generation"

i saw it on youtube, but it's really short, with 6 10+minutes episodes.and i think it's a student production. absolutely hated it, mikuru is like some sort of stupid ditz that does nothing but waves her arms around while some dude grope her boobs. _________________ |

ok explain why the episodes were jumbled up please....
I admit the quality is awesome. The color was the sharpest I've seen in any anime.
But I really don't get the 'depth' of the story. I mean is there really one???? I always get the underlying meaning for most stuff be it books or movies but for SuzuHaru I really cannot see what the author is trying to tell us.
Could you maybe elaborate on the story? _________________  |

i thought that the episode jumping actually introduced a sense of dynamic ism into the timeline of the story, thus removing the constraint of my human understanding of time. in fact, i could say that jumping around time is critical to the story itself.
and essentially, the whole story up to end of the anime, is about the unique and mutual relationship between the two main protagonists, inclusive of their silly adventures together with their friends.
if you see it from a simple point of view - it's just another damn romance story with all those extra flavors added in to spice the story up, and maybe to cover up that it's actually another love story...
but its more than that. it's an adventure that transcends time, literally. _________________ "Poisoning the next generation"

yes, finished it a long time ago. Was very put off by the first episode though O_o But thn the curiosity of the hype got to me so I sat through the entire anime.....
Yes, the love story part....I was waiting for them to confess the whole time! Haha. Anyway, thanks for the explanation. At least I get the jumbled episodes thingy.
Still don't like the anime though...but thn, each to their own tastes =P
Still, the color sharpness of the anime is astounding to me. That's what made me continue the series. Oh and I like the song she sang at the festival lolz. _________________ |

well, u dun like it, we also can't force u. not everyone likes d things tat other pp like. like me i dun like full metal alchemist n sum other animes, but i liked sum animes where not much pp like also like hellsing n black lagoon
